BreakOut Events is delighted to announce an unforgettable musical experience as Irish sensation Darren Kiely brings his acclaimed The Never Been Here Before Tour to Johannesburg and Cape Town in April 2025. Hailing from the picturesque town of Co. Cork, Ireland, Darren Kiely’s folk-infused pop sound has captured the hearts of fans worldwide, and now, South African audiences will get to witness his electrifying live performances. Darren Kiely will also be performing at Splashy Fen Festival in Underberg as part of his SA tour.
A multi-talented artist, Darren Kiely’s journey began with mastering traditional Irish instruments before evolving into a celebrated singer-songwriter. His poignant lyrics and soaring vocals have earned him accolades on national stages, a debut on the Irish Singles Chart Top 40, and a Top 5 position on the Irish Homegrown chart. After selling out his The Road Home Tour in Ireland, he toured across Europe this past spring, and now embarks on his first-ever world tour in 2025 which includes South Africa.
